30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Little Learner. If for any reason your toy doesn’t meet expectations, here’s our straightforward 30-day policy:

  1. Eligibility

    • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

    • Returned toys must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.

  2. How to Request a Return

    • Email returns@littlelearner.co.uk with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

    • We will send you a prepaid return label for UK addresses (free of charge). For international returns, the customer pays postage; we recommend using a tracked service.

  3. Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 5 business days.

    • Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary (typically 3–7 business days to appear in your account).

  4. Exchanges

    • If you’d like an exchange (e.g., different toy or replacement for a damaged item), let us know in your return request. If the new item is in stock, we’ll ship it immediately and refund any price difference or charge the extra as needed.

  5. Exceptions

    • Defective or Damaged Items: If your toy arrives faulty or breaks during normal use, contact us at support@littlelearner.co.uk within 30 days. We’ll replace it at no extra cost (including return shipping for UK orders).

    • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, gift cards, and products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
