Free UK Shipping
All orders shipped within the United Kingdom qualify for free standard delivery—no minimum spend required. We partner with trusted carriers (Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes) to guarantee your package arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM GMT will be processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will ship next working day.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before tracking updates appear.

Estimated Delivery Times (UK)

  • Standard Delivery (Free): 5–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (Paid Upgrade): 3–6 business days

International Shipping
We’re proud to ship our toys worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. At checkout:

  • Select your country to see shipping costs.

  • Expect 7–14 business days for delivery to most European countries, and 10–21 business days to North America, Australia, and beyond.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply in your country. Any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. In rare cases (e.g., very large free-shipping volumes), tracking may take 24 hours to activate. If you haven’t seen an update after 2 business days, contact us at support@littlelearner.co.uk and we’ll investigate.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you enter the wrong address and the carrier returns the package to us, you must cover re-shipment fees.

  • Carrier Loss/Damage: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim and send a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
